1. Our first confirmed speaker is Andrei Martchouk.
Andrei will talk about "Industry runs on blockchain - reasonable hype?", presenting current trends in the adaption of the blockchain technologies in the industry.
Andrei is managing director of KI decentralized GmbH, a software and consulting company with the focus on blockchain technologies. Previously Andrei was CEO and Co-Founder of Yacuna AG, a cryptocurrency exchange.
And prior to that he worked as chief architect and head of development at ClickandBuy, one of the first german fintech companies, that was later acquired by Deutsche Telekom. Andrei has 14 years of experience in the online payment area. Since 2010 Andrei is a bitcoin enthusiast.
2. Our second confirmed speaker is Marguerite Arnold.
Marguerite is an American expat with German entrepreneurial roots. She has worked and lived in three countries (the U.S., UK and Germany).
She has over 25 years experience in the digitalization of industries (media, transportation/supply chain, structured finance and FinTech specifically) with stints at and for companies including Reuters, Morgan Stanley and Google. She was nominated for an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1999. She has just finished her EMBA at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
She is currently in talks with strategic co-founders and company partnerships as well as looking for seed financing.
Marguerite will talk about "MedPayRx: The launching of a blockchain startup".
3. Our third confirmed speaker is Aleksander Kampa.
Alex will speak about “Sikoba – a decentralised money platform based on peer-to-peer IOUs and credit conversion.”
Alex is the research director of New Money Hub, a think tank working on the future of money, civilised economic systems and blockchain technology.
He is also leading the development of the Sikoba decentralised money platform. Using blockchain technology, it will allow individuals and businesses to retake control of their money and credit relationships and will contribute to the establishment of civilised and stable economic systems.
He has extensive experience in financial markets and software development, a life-long interest in monetary theory and is the author of "Money, Credit Conversion and the legacy of Mitchell-Innes".
