Lean Startup Berlin - How to run experiments?! #1/2018

In this first Lean Startup Berlin Meetup of 2018 we want to have a closer look at how to run experiments in a startup. Why run experiments in the first place? Any startup is an environment of high risk and bis uncertainty. Should you rather follow path a) or better path b)? Which one is the correct sales channel? How do you find out which of your product versions customer’s like better? As an entrepreneur you have to take decisions and you need to take them quickly. You cannot wait for months to see if a certain decision really pays off. By this tie it might be too late already to pivot your venture into a different directions. So what do you base your decisions on?!

Running experiments and following a structured method of tracking results is one of the Lean Startup core elements. In this Meetup we will first look at experiments from a methodological perspective. Secondly one of Berlin’s young, smart and successful energy startups will present experiments it has run so far and pose a challenge to you: Design the upcoming experiments which this startup is planning to run.
