IPFS is meant to be not just a number of programs from protocol labs, but a set of cleanly specified open protocols that can be implemented in many different languages for everybody that needs a peer to peer networking stack to write p2p applications.
Pierre Krieger, also known as tomaka on github and twitter, is going to talk about the rust implementation of libp2p that is being developed for parity.io.
Doors open at 18:00, the talk will start at 18:30. There will be Pizza, Beer and Coke Zero, provided by Instana and Actyx.
