The purpose of this meetup group is to connect, learn and exchange about self-organisation, wholeness and evolutionary purpose in Berlin.
By this we are inspired by the book "Reinventing Organizations" by Frederic Laloux http://www.reinventingorganizations.com
We want to bring together practitioners, to-be practitioners and teal pioneers with the goal of helping each other in the journey towards a 21th century organizations. We are offering several meetups formats for community gathering as well as deep dives and learning experiences in smaller groups.
Join this group if you believe the future of organizations has nothing to do with management and job-descriptions, but rather purpose and self-organizing roles.
