Holacracy live in action: Lessons learned from Amsterdam

Amsterdam is one of the most experienced self-organization and teal communities in the world. This is why we invited one of Europe’s Holacracy pioneers:

Ruben Timmerman, founder and CEO of Springest, will share his experience, lessons learned, and tips for other practitioners and practitioners to-be. He will also de-mystify some common myths and misunderstandings about Holacracy and self-organization. His startup Springest, founded 2008 in Amsterdam, has adopted Holacracy in 2012 and has been running on it ever since. It is part of the strong scene that formed around the topic in Amsterdam.

We’re looking forward to an exciting evening which will be hosted by our friends of Ecosia in their lovely office in Kreuzkölln.
