Dear friends of teal organizations,

With the outcome of the European elections, I feel the urgent moment to get in touch with something that I have been carrying inside me for a long time and have developed since my last book on "Social Energy".

Europe is at war; Agility is giving way to authoritarian crisis management in companies; stress and conflicts are increasingly escalating relationships, personal worries and fears are on the rise.

I was moved by what new ways we can effectively find peace here — personally and in our various social environments and organizations.
I would like to invite you to experience with me what has emerged from this.

What you can expect:

• Ways for "Inner Peace Building" that are easier to integrate into everyday life and organizations, beyond meditation & co.
