"Designing Data-Intensive Applications" reading group

We will discuss the seventh chapter of the book "Designing Data-Intensive Applications" written by Martin Kleppman (published 2017 by O'Reilly, ISBN 978-1-449-37332-0).

Chapter 7 deals with database transactions. Will we discuss the meaning of the often carelessly used acronym ACID, weak isolation levels, and the serializability of events.

To get the most out of the reading group we suggest participants to study Chapter 7 before attending the meetup.
