At Zühlke, we value community and curiosity. This is why we created an evening to contribute the open source projects that shape our daily lives or work on passion projects and most importantly: share this excitement with others!
Hacktoberfest is a global event that takes place each October. People all over the world contribute to GitHub-hosted Open Source projects by fixing bugs, improving documentation or implementing new features.
Members of our Enterprise, Mobile and Embedded Teams will be present. If you’re unsure what you want to work on, we’ll introduce some projects that we will be contributing to. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own project.
No matter whether you’ve never opened a Pull Request before or are a seasoned Open Source veteran, we’d love to welcome you to Hacktoberfest @ Zühlke.
Snacks and drinks will be provided. If you cannot bring your own equipment (laptop, charger, other hardware), please contact us beforehand.
The agenda is as follows:
18:15 What is Hacktoberfest?
18:30 Intro: People & Projects
Afterwards: Happy Hacking!
Please read the Hacktoberfest Events Code of Conduct before attending.
