OVERVIEW: GOTO Night Talk by Mirko Kleiner
Classic Evaluations (RfI > RfP > RfQ) are expensive, not efficient and focus to products and services only. In agile organizations other factors of the future partnership, such as soft-skills, collaboration, culture, etc. are at least as important. This is not covered yet in the classic approach. So what’s the solution?
Mirko Kleiner, Co-Founder of the Swiss Think Tank flowdays likes to present a new, exciting, radical approach for evaluations: 1 Page > 1 Day > 1 Evaluation
Currently the following goals are feasible:
- It’s as little as possible preparation time needed: We do everything together in one day only
- The most important information about the offer is available on 1 page: This makes it more easy to create offers and to compare multiple quotes
- Soft & hard skills’ are in focus too: As the quote will be worked out together, we learn how the potential partner act, think and feel.
- The Lean proposal canvas is already an agile contract: No translation step is necessary any more
