Hybrid Leaders 4x4 – four gears to pass the rocky road to leadership at distance

Many of us were thrown without preparation into the cold water of remote or hybrid working. The sudden distance in working relations was and still is difficult to handle and led to stress and exhaustion - as shown by a HBR study on the effects of transition to remote working. This has a direct influence on motivation and finally performance of teams.
In this situation, leaders have to be reminded of their responsibilities and that they do not only have to organize a new framework of when and where to work but to adapt their leadership style and their mindset to the new situation in order to guarantee the wellbeing of the people,-maintain connection to / within the team, communicate and collaborate effectively in remote mode, make sure that the newly gained autonomy is not exploited and avoid productivity and performance losses. Our Italo-German cooperation is based on a special synergy: in fact we put together Claudia`s 15 years skills in agile coaching, facilitation and change management and Giulio's 23 years of experience in leadership training, learning methods and change projects in multinational and domestic environment to give life to our blended learning program Hybrid Leader 4x4.
Hybrid Leader 4x4 is a creative and compact solution we have already applied in many Multinational Companies in the last year, and it is dedicated to both experienced and new leaders in order to consolidate the fundamental basis of hybrid / remote leadership. Our session of 1,5 hours is about identifying what we think is the role of a hybrid leader and how leaders need to develop in a new hybrid working environment. We discuss the new challenges for leaders (and employees), evolve main questions leaders typically have in that new situation and how they can be answered with "the four gears of hybrid leadership".
