This is a 20 minute daily morning meditation practice from Finbarr a
Buddhist monk in the Thai Theravada tradition for 21 years. Now he teaches meditation at his hermitage in the vineyards of Hungary and makes malas from his friends, the local trees.About the class

Kundalini yoga derives from kundalini, defined in Vedantic culture as energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine until it is activated and channelled upward through the chakras in the process of spiritual perfection. Kundalini is believed by adherents to be power associated with the divine feminine.About Camilla
Camilla is co-owner of Rural Escapes Portugal retreat centre. She has been practicing yoga regularly since 1999 and is qualified in hatha, vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. Camilla specialises in teaching yoga for people with addictions and has trained with both Carolyn Cowan and Nikki Myers. Camilla is especially interested in Kundalini Yoga and sees this practice as a wonderfully practical tool to help process and shift whatever is blocking your shining light.ABOUT US

About this class :
Qigong is a training based on the theories of the Holism of Life. It is a training that requires the participant to consciously use the mind intent to focus inward to transform, to improve, and to enhance life functions. Mental, posture, and breathing adjustments are the extensions of the inward training. It is a training which enables the participants to transform natural instinctive activities into conscious activities… Through posture, movement, breath and mental focus, Zhineng Qigong offers a methodology to rediscover the inner medicine – Qi, the vital and healing resource within us – and magnify the exchange between ourselves and nature, enabling us to become harmoniously connected with the infinite creative power of the universe that ultimately is the origin of love, compassion and the source of all healing.” ~ Dr. Pang MingAbout Erdan:
Erdan was drawn to other energy practices such as Reiki and Bioenergy. He became a Reiki Master. He continued on the path of “energy learning” as he became a student of Zdenko Domančić, a world-renowned Bioenergy healer.
In 2015, Erdan found the missing link that he had been looking for – Zhineng Qi-Gong. He studied in NY and in China with Master Liu Jianshe, a direct student of Grand Master Pang Ming, MD, the creator of Zhineng Qi-Gong and the first and only medicine-less hospital in the world. Erdan became a certified Zhineng Qigong teacher.
In 2017, Erdan began teaching this form of Medical Qi-Gong for self healing in NYC, including Bensonhurst Nursing home, Harlem hospital and at the Woodhull hospital – teaching staff, including doctors and nurses as well as patients the art of Qigong practice for self-healingABOUT US

ABOUT SUSANN
Susann studied classical singing and has been singing for over 30 years. She is in musical further education with Sundaram and regularly leads mantra circles. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of Vedic philosophy and sacred mantras.THIS CLASS
Susann will give you a brief introduction to the meaning of chanting mantras and the aspects of the Hindu Gods. After that she will guide you into self-awareness through chanting. She is leading through the class with the harmonium and guides you mindfully through the lyrics and their correct pronunciation.ABOUT US
