Welcome to root.cologne!
We want to establish a regular gathering (Stammtisch) for cyber security topics in Cologne Ehrenfeld. The meetings will focus on offensive security, like penetration testing, red teaming and hacking tools/gadgets, but also on everything security-related, in which the majority of attendees will be interested in the long term.
For this second root.cologne meeting I am pleased to announce Daniel Sauder from Thyssenkrupp, lead of their internal red team, who will give us an introduction to his tool AVET. This antivirus evasion tool is able to hide your malicious files from antivirus solutions and hide your actions in a red team assessment.
Afterwards, we will have an open round with pizza and some drinks to conclude the meetup.
Doors are open from 18:30h and the talk will begin at 19:00h.
