Een vernieuwde editie, een groter programma én twee splinternieuwe break‑out tracks – alles om jou meer verdieping, inspiratie en praktische handvatten te bieden. We verwelkomen je opnieuw in **Stadion Galgenwaard**, de thuisbasis van FC Utrecht, waar onze experts van Conclusion Xforce samen met partners zoals Dynatrace, Copaco, HashiCorp, Red Hat en Tessell hun visie, strategie en technologie delen. En zoals altijd is IMPACT meer dan een event: het is dé plek om kennis te halen én te brengen in een community vol IT‑professionals. **Waarom Modernization?** Organisaties staan op een kantelpunt. Technical debt groeit, legacy remt innovatie en keuzes stapelen zich op. Modernisering is noodzakelijk, maar wél een die vraagt om strategisch denken én technische scherpte. Daarom introduceren we dit jaar naast de inspirerende sessies ook **twee nieuwe break‑out tracks**, zodat jij precies de verdieping kiest die aansluit bij jouw rol én uitdaging. **Twee inhoudelijke tracks:** **🔷 Business Track — De business case voor modernisering** Hoe onderbouw je investeringen? Hoe bepaal je prioriteiten? En hoe maak je van modernisering een strategisch voordeel? **🔷 Technology Track — Modernisatie in de praktijk** Concrete migraties, platformkeuzes en real‑life situaties: van virtualisatie naar containers, van monoliet naar cloud‑native. 📍 Hilversum Station (center side, near AH to go), 10:30 → ~16:00 🚶‍♂️ ~3 km walk to park, ~3 km in park plus walk to the Proeflokaal De Serre (expect 6-8 km of walking in total) 🎯 Gooilust Bring: sketching gear, water/snacks, foldable chair or blanket to sit on, comfy clothes + extra layer. We’ll walk together from the station to Gooilust (~3 km), a large park around a mansion with plenty of beautiful spots to draw. We’ll spend 2–3 hours sketching in the park, with longer, relaxed sessions (30–60 min) and time to explore different views. Afterwards, we’ll walk past a farm (you can buy fresh milk, cheese, yoghurt or kefir — bring a bit of cash if you are interested) and continue to Proeflokaal De Serre for a drink, food, and a toilet break. From there, we’ll take the bus (line 6 or 106) back to Hilversum. No pressure — just draw and enjoy the outdoors 🌿✏️

Pokeravond in Hilversum – kleine vaste groep We spelen eens per twee weken op woensdagavond. Ontspannen sfeer, beetje competitie en een kleine inleg. We zijn een vaste groep en hebben nog plek voor 1–2 mannen die het leuk vinden om vaker mee te doen. Je kunt eerst een keer aansluiten om te kijken of het klikt. Lijkt het je wat? Spellenmaakgilde en The Serious Gamers bundelen hun krachten en brengen het beste van twee werelden samen. **Het Spellenmaakgilde** is een community voor makers van bord- en kaartspellen: testen, schaven, opnieuw proberen. Idee > prototype > feedback > beter spel. **The Serious Gamers** richt zich op spellen die meer doen dan vermaken: ze zetten spel in als middel om te leren, gedrag te spiegelen en gesprekken op gang te brengen op de werkvloer. Op **woensdagavond 22 april** draait alles om Serious Game Prototypes. Heb jij een spel in ontwikkeling dat iets wil blootleggen, oefenen of veranderen? * Een spel dat teams helpt elkaar écht te begrijpen? * Een spel dat mensen kritisch laat kijken naar hun werk of naar de maatschappij? Dan is dit jouw moment.
