**Agenda of the evening:**
**Welcome and Introductions:** The Toastmaster of the Day (TMOD) often opens the meeting, who welcomes everyone and introduces the meeting's theme or agenda. The TMOD also introduces the key roles and functionaries for that session.
**Prepared Speeches:** A significant portion of the meeting is dedicated to prepared speeches. Members working through various projects in the Toastmasters education program deliver speeches based on their chosen projects. Each speech is evaluated by a designated evaluator who provides feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
**Table Topics:** Table Topics is a segment where impromptu speaking skills are tested. The Table Topics Master presents a series of short, unprepared speaking challenges or questions, and members or guests are invited to come to the podium and give a brief, improvised response.
**Evaluations:** Following the prepared speeches and Table Topics
segment, evaluators provide constructive feedback to speakers. These evaluations focus on content, delivery, body language, and time management. The goal is to help speakers improve their speaking skills.
**Reports and Functionary Roles:** The meeting may include various functionary roles, such as the Timer, Grammarian, Ah-Counter, and others, who report on their observations and contributions to the session. These roles help members improve their language and time management skills.
**General Evaluator:** The General Evaluator provides an overall assessment of the meeting, highlighting what went well and offering suggestions for improvement. They may also evaluate the evaluators' performance.
**Awards and Recognitions:** Toastmasters sessions often conclude with awards and recognitions, including the Best Speaker, Best Evaluator, and Best Table Topics Speaker. These awards encourage members to strive for excellence in their speaking and leadership abilities.
**Closing:** The meeting concludes with closing remarks from the Toastmaster of the Day, who may express gratitude to participants and encourage them to continue their Toastmasters journey.
**Networking and Socialising:** After the formal meeting, members and guests often have the opportunity to network, socialise, and discuss their experiences in a more relaxed setting.

AI in the Wild: From Engineering Reality to the Future of Work
Are you a software engineer, product owner, or HR professional navigating the shift toward an AI-driven world? Join us for an in-person meetup in Berlin, where we bridge the gap between high-stakes AI implementation and the rapidly evolving European labor market.
🙌 Special thanks to our host, Blue Card Agency, for supporting the community and providing the venue for this event!
🔔 Agenda
🔹 Welcome & Intro A brief opening by our hosts from Blue Card Agency.
🔹 Talk 1: "Beyond the LLM Hype: Process Discovery is the Real Bottleneck"
Speaker: Patrick Bunk, Co-Founder & Lead Architect
Automating 120k PDF forms a year in a regulated manufacturing environment isn't just about "reading text" — it's about surviving the messy reality of human logic. In this talk, we’ll dive into a real production case where the biggest challenge wasn't the model, but the "uncomfortable truth": rules live in people’s heads, exceptions conflict, and "correct" is negotiable until you write it down.
🔹 Talk 2: "The Present and Future of the Labor Market with AI"
Speaker: Milana Alenina, HR Partner
How is AI actually changing the way companies hire and value work? We’ll explore the structural shifts happening right now in the European market, from the need for candidates to be "machine-readable" to how organizations are redesigning themselves to fit the new reality.
⚡️ What’s in it for you?
We’re skipping the surface-level AI hype to talk about what’s actually happening in the trenches. Come for the real-world war stories of automating regulated workflows, stay for a brutally honest look at how AI is rewriting the rules of recruitment and organizational value in Europe. It's a chance to cut through the "vibes" and see the actual mechanics of the shift — followed by drinks and networking with fellow builders and strategists.
📌 Attendance is free, but spots are limited — register now to save yours!
📅 Date: 21st of April
📍 Location: Ziegelstraße 2, Berlin
🎤 About the Speakers:
Patrick Bunk, Co-Founder & Lead Architect — Expert in building robust AI pipelines and navigating the complexities of high-stakes automation.
Milana Alenina, HR Partner with 11+ years of experience who experiments with AI tools across various HR functions.

🌸 Neurodivergent Spring Cleaning Swap🌸
**Out with the old, in with the "new-you"—through reuse instead of consumption.** As the seasons change, so do our interests and needs. Join us for an assembly in the form of a community swap meet, organized by and for neurodivergent folks to promote sustainability and community care.
**The idea is simple:** maybe you want to clear out your closets, or maybe you just want to meet us at the park to see if anything interests you. Both are perfectly okay! Whether you come with a bag full of treasures or arrive empty-handed just to hang out and browse, you are welcome here.
**Info & Accessibility:**
* **Date/Time:** Saturday, 25th of April, 14:00 - 17:00 (**IF IT RAINS; WE WILL RESCHEDULE**)
* **LOCATION:** The meetup map is not acurate, go to this google map link and find th neurodivergent sign: [https://maps.app.goo.gl/u9rygDgU8ADDR6Ec6](https://maps.app.goo.gl/u9rygDgU8ADDR6Ec6)
* **Access:** accessible for people with reduced mobility.
**Bring items you no longer need (If You Want To), such as:**

* 🖍️ Art supplies and stationary
* 🏠 Housewares or decor

**How It Works (It's Simple):**
* **Bring a Blanket or small towel:** lay out your items in front of you.
* **Food & drinks to share** (optional)
* **Open Trust System:** Once your items are on your blanket, they are considered "up for grabs."
* **Browse Freely:** Get up, walk around, and explore what others have brought. If you see something you like on someone else's blanket, feel free to take it—even if they aren't there.
* **Enjoy:** Find your next favorite thing, or simply enjoy the sunshine and the company.
* **What's left?** Anything unclaimed at the end must be taken back home.
**The Vibe:**
This is a low-pressure event for neurodivergent people. There's no need to hover over your items or worry about making conversation. You are welcome to wander, stim, sit quietly with a book you just found, or take a break on your blanket whenever you need.
**Community Disclaimer**
This event is a community-led initiative organized by neurodivergent volunteers who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to create a welcoming space. We strive to make our events as accessible as possible—both financially and in terms of neurodivergent needs—but we also have our own limitations. We kindly ask for your understanding and empathy, as we rely on the support and cooperation of all participants to foster a healthy, inclusive environment.

Creative Upcycling Workshop
A playful creative workshop where we turn everyday materials and old clothes into something new.
Each week we explore a different idea: cutting, painting, experimenting with colours, or transforming old garments into fun new creations. Using simple materials and a lot of imagination, we discover how small changes can make something ordinary become something special again.
No big experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to try. Some workshops only need scissors, others invite you to paint, experiment or invent your own designs.
Bring something old that you would like to transform, wear clothes that can get messy, and come create with us!
Every workshop is a little different — but creativity, playfulness and surprises are always included. Check every Wednesday which workshop is going on!

How to Be a Better Communicator - Free Seminar
How to be a Better Communicator
Communication is everything in life
You are only as successful as your ability to communicate.
\- What if you could confidently talk to anyone?
\- What if you had the ability to calmly control every conversation?
\- What if you could close that sale\, ask for that date\, make new friends\, repair problematic relationships\, get that raise\, or effortlessly express any idea with confidence?
You can!
The secret to success relies on your ability or inability to effectively communicate. Attend a free seminar and gain a better ability to communicate.

The Ronald McDonald House (RMH) provides housing and meals for families with sick children. The Columbus RMH is the largest in the world with 137 rooms. COUNT has been volunteering there since May 2014.
Housewarmers work with RMH guests to provide a home-like environment - greet, assist with family needs, answer phones, give tours, assist with checkin/checkout, prepare guest rooms after checkout, clean facility, laundry, restock supplies and staff the front desk. RMH Housewarmers volunteer at least one four-hour shift a month. All Housewarmers must complete an application and agree to a background check before they can be full fledged volunteers.
