Join us for a cycle to the lovely village of **Enniskerry**, then back to Dublin along the scenic **Glencree**, valley, then over the **Featherbeds**,and back down in Dublin at Rathfarnham. **Level of difficulty**: 60km, 710m climbing NOTE: We will be keeping an even pace on this cycle. Here is our plan for the day. 1️⃣ We leave from Cafe Nero at 930am 2️⃣Cycle out to Eniskerry where we stop for coffee 3️⃣ Continue to Glencree, over the Featherbeds, and back to Rathfarnham 4️⃣ All going well we should be back in the city by 1:30 Please wear a helmet and bring a tube, etc, in case you get a puncture. Please note - It is every participant's responsibility to ride safely, follow the rules of the road, and come prepared with the proper equipment. Explore Saint Catherine's Park, Lucan. We will be meeting at Connolly Train Station at 11:30AM. (Beside the Pret A Manger). At 11:35AM, we will be walk to the (Intercity Commuter) Maynooth, which is scheduled for 11:47AM. This train goes through 9 train stations (Connolly, Drumcondra, Broombridge, Pelletstown, Ashtown, Navan Road Parkway, Castleknock, Coolmine and Consilla), everyone that is coming, is welcome to get on from any of those stations mentioned. We will arrive at Leixlip Train Station 12:19 (Estimated) When everyone is of the train we will be walking 34 minutes (2.5KM) to the Starting Point of the Walking Loop. The Loop at Saint Catherine's Park is 3.9KM (About 1 Hour and 30 Minutes). This is an old woodland in Ireland, it can be an exotic habitat, while we are walking through the woods we will see beaches, swamps and hills. This park contains one of very few remaining examples of this primative habitat. There are toilet at the beginning of the walking loop. We will be walking through Lucan Demense and Ruins of Saint Catherine's Church. Every event is 5 Euro's, you can pay by using Revolut or Cash, this goes towards my meet-up subsription fee and it takes a alot of time organising these events on meet-up and doing them. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour.
