A somatic listening and sound journey ·
This workshop begins in the body.
Through subtle, guided movement — weight shifting, breath, attention to sensation — we turn listening inward. Into the body. Into the space between sounds. Into the micro-movements we rarely notice. A geophone microphone picks up the vibrations of movement in the space, amplifying them back into the room. You may hear your own weight shifting. You may hear someone else's. The boundary between the two begins to dissolve.
The sound doesn't create connection. It reveals it.
From movement we move into stillness. Into deep collective listening. Into sound.
Resonant instruments — singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks — meet field recordings of the natural world. The room settles into a full sound bath, arriving into a body that has already been opened by movement.
This workshop is rooted in experimental sound, deep listening, and the simple act of paying attention. It is playful, embodied, and quietly surprising. You will leave with a different relationship to the sounds around you — and probably to the women you made them with.
No experience needed. No performance required. Just curiosity and a willingness to arrive.

What to expect in the circle:
\- The first 45 minutes we can spend to get coffee and settle down
\- On a volunteer basis\, each of the attendee will then get some time to share things that they are dealing with\, perhaps for 2\-5 minutes
\- You can skip sharing even if you are in a circle\, there's no force \(and there will never be\) on you to share\, staying silent and listening is completely ok

Gorinsee swim and circular hike
We will meet at Röntgental Station at 11.46 on the platform (I will be arriving on the S2 leaving Gesundbrunnen platform 4 at 11.26). We will hike approximately 7km to the Gorinsee which is supposed to be one of the warmest lakes in the area and break there for a swim-picnic. Please bring food, water and swim gear if you like to swim. The pace will be relaxed and we aim to finish up at a beergarden (either in Buch or Pankow, but close to an S2 station).
The route is mostly hiking path but please wear good walking shoes, and bring sun cream and mosquito spray if needed.

The Carnival of Cultures (Karneval der Kulturen) is Berlin at its absolute best—vibrant, diverse, and filled with kinetic energy.
As the festival reaches its main day on Sunday, May 25th, The ISO Club is heading to Friedrichshain to capture the ultimate finale of this incredible celebration.
We are meeting at 13:30 PM at Frankfurter Allee (a concrete meeting location will be provided soon) to document the music, the street styles, the crowds, and the closing energy of the 30th anniversary of the carnival. Whether you are a street photographer, a portrait enthusiast, or a videographer making reels, this is the perfect canvas to push your creativity.

After the event, we are producing a massive collective photo/video recap to showcase the event through the diverse lenses of our community. If you have not yet attended a workshop on Consent in the Village, now is the time! This workshop is highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit our project on a regular basis, or to attend one of our workshops. This experience will not only help you navigate within the we.are.village community, but it will also equip you to carry these values into your life.
Being aware of your boundaries and expressing your consent or non-consent are essential skills in life, but we don’t often get a chance to actually practice consent skills in the same way we practice other skills, like singing, playing sports or learning a language.
Consent is about much more than a simple yes or no. When we deconstruct consent, we discover how to communicate our true desires and stop choosing the things we actually don’t want. Through discussion, movement and partner games, we will build tools to express and negotiate physical desires and set boundaries through the use of practical exercises. This workshop is inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all body sizes, genders, and background.
This is a non-sexual workshop, and great, low pressure situation in which to practice communication and touching. It’s as much about how to truly say yes and mean it as it is about saying no!

Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance".
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.

We’ll walk you through the entire process, from picking your scents to choosing between a traditional cotton wick or a crackling wood wick. You can go with one fragrance or mix your own blend to create something completely unique**. No experience needed**, just show up and we’ll handle the rest.
