Family Constellations offer a powerful experiential method to reveal these unconscious patterns and open space for understanding, healing, and new movement in our lives. This **monthly 2.5-hour group session** provides a clear and grounded introduction to Family Constellations as a practical tool for exploring personal and relational dynamics in a respectful and supportive environment. \#\#\# ¿Qué son las constelaciones familiares? Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control. A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto. Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse. Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado apareciendo, a veces, desde la infancia. Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al “paciente” de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberada imagen de solución. \#\#\# ¿Cómo puedo hacer mi constelación familiar? NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions.
