We are meeting on ZOOM! Meetings are still formatted to allow 15 minutes of sharing, one hour of writing, and a 15-minute wrap-up chat at the end.
We are currently offering writing sessions online Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 PM and Sundays from 1:30 to 3 PM.

We'll be meeting for an hour and a half to write our own personal projects, starting and ending with 15-minute discussions.

Mixed Levels Ashaya Yoga Zoom Class
This Mixed levels online class is for people with some previous yoga experience.
Each class has an inspirational theme that helps you get focused, learn some yoga philosophy, and look at life in a positive light.
Poses build from warm ups and basic Sun Salutations to standing postures and then to a chosen apex pose. An inversion, (or inversion prep) such as handstand or pincha mayurasana is included in every class.
All poses are made accessible with props and options to modify for your skill level.

Women's Circle
Welcome to the The Woman’s Circle!
The Woman’s Circle began as a supportive offering during the period of the global pandemic, and has now grown into a warm, fun and nurturing space for inner connection and friendship. Each circle shares a movement, meditation or self-healing practice, and is an opportunity to take a collective breath in sisterhood, providing a helpful pause in your week to recenter and reflect.
We meet every Thursday evening 8-9pm PST, over Zoom. This is a free event, although donations are gratefully welcomed!

What to expect:
Each Circle works to a similar format starting with the opportunity for introductions.
You will then be guided through a movement, meditation or breath practice, to help open and relax the body and mind, and release anything from the day.
We may discuss an inspiration point, something to reflect on and how it relates to our lives.
Following this, the circle is opened to share reflections and experiences.
How to sign-up:
All new members are invited to a personal meet and greet 10 minute zoom meeting. This gives an opportunity to share more about the circle.

In case you are unable to join a class, don't worry and rejoin any time and you can always start afresh.

Sharon Woods HIKE
Hi ladies. Let's hike the Edward Thomas, Spring Creek, and a little multi-purpose trail - approximately 4 miles.
Please bring a water bottle as needed and appropriate shoes. Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area.
Hike Pickerington Ponds
**We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can!**
**As always optional lunch after.**
**This is the second Metro Park in the lineup - with 21 to go (plus more are being added).**
**Also I have a conflict and am not available so have asked Karin to lead!**
Hike Chestnut Ridge
We will hike the Ridge Trail and Meadows Trail twice, for a total of 3.8 miles. There are some pretty good inclines so plan on getting a cardio workout :). This is a loop which is pretty easy to follow; thus faster walkers can take the lead and the rest (like me) will bring up the rear at a slightly slower pace. You could also just do the loop once for 1.9 miles. No one left behind.
Optional lunch to follow in Canal Winchester.
