A women’s group is a group of women, sitting in a cyber-circle, hanging out and getting real.
WHAT WE DO
At a WomanSpeak women’s group we hang out, share what’s up, listen, get new insights into daily life as we drop the survival / putting on a good show, etc. masks we’ve been wearing ... and we have a good laugh to boot! We get real and we receive the treasure of honest feedback and good company in a non-clinical, non-hierarchical safe space.
WHAT WE ARE NOT
We are not a therapy group, nor an encounter group, nor a group against men or women, nor a religious or political group, we're free and unaffiliated.
Every WomanSpeak women's group is different, depending on what the women present bring to, and ask of it.

WANT TO TRY A CLOSED GROUP?
(Monthly, in six month terms, sitting with the same group of women - most women renew for years.)
Closed group women have the space to get to know one another at a deeper level than at the open groups.
Closed group women get access to their own private WhatsApp group and self-organise social events.
They also enjoy discounts and priority bookings on events.

Do you sometimes lack purpose, passion, a sense of belonging?
Would you like to be in a confidential space where you can discuss any aspect of your life, including your relationships, work, sense of safety, health and hormones.
A WomanSpeak women’s group is where a group of women simply sit together (on Zoom, or in a room) in a safe space to share what's going on in our lives, learning from one another's experiences, noticing, acknowledging and celebrating what's good and gaining inspiration to change what's not.
We can support one another to be better, more authentic women, without telling each other what to do or how to be. There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.
We are accepting, accountable and we want more out of life.
We explore who we are, who we no longer need to be, and how we can lead better, fuller lives.Kenny (founder of MenSpeak Men's Groups and facilitation trainer) will join us and co-hold the space, though he's happy to leave at any stage, so the space is 'women only'. We'll be following Kenny's group Ground Rules - please check them out before you attend and suggest any changes before we begin.
TIME: 6:45pm for a 7pm start, ends 9pm.
