WomenSpeak Women's Group - Online

Do you sometimes lack purpose, passion, a sense of belonging?

Would you like to be in a confidential space where you can discuss any aspect of your life, including your relationships, work, sense of safety, health and hormones.

A WomanSpeak women’s group is where a group of women simply sit together (on Zoom, or in a room) in a safe space to share what's going on in our lives, learning from one another's experiences, noticing, acknowledging and celebrating what's good and gaining inspiration to change what's not.

We can support one another to be better, more authentic women, without telling each other what to do or how to be. There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.

We are accepting, accountable and we want more out of life.
We explore who we are, who we no longer need to be, and how we can lead better, fuller lives.

Kenny (founder of MenSpeak Men's Groups and facilitation trainer) will join us and co-hold the space, though he's happy to leave at any stage, so the space is 'women only'. We'll be following Kenny's group Ground Rules - please check them out before you attend and suggest any changes before we begin.

TIME: 6:45pm for a 7pm start, ends 9pm.

It's not a therapy group, not an encounter group, not a group for or against women or men, not a religious group, not a political group, not a group of anything apart from whatever the women present bring to it.
