ProductTank is a global network of meetups for product people, by product people, and provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Munich to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two.
We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.

Doris Langenberg // Stop reading about AI. Start using it.
Most product people read about AI. Few actually use it deeply enough to form an opinion. Doris spent the last two months building an AI executive assistant from scratch, with Claude Code and Obsidian, to handle the chaos of leading a product and design team across multiple squads. No engineering degree, no special tooling, just a vault of markdown files and a refusal to delegate her own thinking.

They'll demystify what an eval set really looks like, why writing one is the product definition work, and how the biggest ROI in AI features comes from data quality, context engineering, and rigorous evaluation. They'll also share what they've learned about model choice across products.
