Why did I put Deadlifts and Handstands together?
Well, I believe I bring a unique angle to starting your handstand journey, continuing it or becoming an expert at it. All levels can benefit. I have been doing some form of physical training over the last 23 years and I have a lot that I can share with you!
I love helping people achieve their goals. So please have your goal ready when you contact me. "Having fun" is an acceptable response but I do also like specific goals with numbers and times and reps or weight lifted.

Anyone with shoulder pain, back pain, neck pain, tight hip flexors...any or all of the above, we need a plan to get you better. If you have tried resting for 2-4 weeks or even 4 months rest like some of my students and you still have the pain, even after seeing expensive specialists: it might be time to come talk to me. There is a specific combination of things you will need to do and I love seeing the results and broadening smiles as the pain goes away and strength comes (back).
You will learn whatever it is that you want to learn. I have a Certificate III and IV in Personal Training and passed as a Master Trainer. I took a Handstand Coaching course after 2 years into my own Handstand Journey. Handstands, Deadlifts, mobility, functional movements, and a side of Calisthenics is truly my passion. All of these go hand in hand in my humble opinion. I do not teach Yoga but there are Yoga-like components in my sessions as I do believe it is extremely important.
