The accuracy of your equations, the profit in your deals, and the cost benefit of taking on a project all hinge on your ability to Estimate Repairs Quickly and Accurately. Mike Jacka is a long-time retailer and experienced wholesaler who’s developed a system for repair estimation for his own business that’s so easy that even his non-rehabber assistants can use it, and he’ll share it with us at this meeting. At this training we will learn: The process is simple, once you understand how to break it down into what you need to look at and what you don't need to spend much time inspecting. The DEAL MAKER SESSION is a coalition of various area real estate professionals who are ready to make deals! Deal Maker Sessions are an open arena for investors who wish to make offers on investment properties that are being offered for sale. All deals presented will be reviewed and discussed as a group and… houses will be SOLD! Deal Maker Sessions are for any investor, new or seasoned that would like the opportunity to discuss and negotiate deals among a group of peers and professionals. Deal Maker Sessions are not auctions or Realtor Presentations but rather an opportunity to become involved, have some fun, network with other investors, and to be part of a deal as it happens in real time!

Some of the professionals that will be on hand for you are Richmond Mortgage Inc, Eagle House Deals, Richmond Wholesale Deals, Friendly Rehab Funding, Fresh Start Rehab Funding, Torus Law, Insurance & Investment Agency of VA, Mark Stewart CPA, HomeVestors of Richmond Franchises, etc. We will also be inviting other professionals to our Richmond REIA and Deal Maker Sessions so that all resources are available for you to learn about deals and close your deals.
