đ´Brent Bowers: As an Army Officer with over 8 years of service, Brent Bowers was spending a great deal of time away from his family, and he knew he needed to make some changes in order to be more present with his wife and children. His interest in real estate began in 2007 when he purchased his first home, so Brent began exploring real estate investing as a way to support his family while being able to enjoy more time with them, as well. In a short amount of time, Brent was able to expand his business, hire a team and, most importantly, spend quality time with his family while still working hard and helping others. While Brent invests in many different types of real estate, his most successful investment strategy is buying and selling vacant land, and he enjoys sharing his expertise in this area through his online coaching course, The Land Sharks Program. Brent chooses to live his life based on Bob Burgâs quote, âYour influence is determined by how abundantly you place other peopleâs interests first.â He is passionate about helping other people find success in real estate investing, particularly in land investments.
đ´Alex Pardo: Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Alex worked for General Electric, in their Financial Management Program. Before starting his first business, Alex backpacked around Europe for 3 1â2 months. He visited 23 Countries and 51 Cities!
Alex started wholesaling and flipping single-family homes in Miami in 2005, and has closed north of 750 transactions. He has also founded and led high-level Mastermind communities for Entrepreneurs that want to experience a better life and business.
In 2020, he transitioned from houses to Self Storage. At one point, he owned 3 storage facilities in Florida and Mississippi, totaling 838 units across 104,000 net rentable square feet. He has since sold two facilities and currently owns one.
Alex has combined his experience coaching entrepreneurs with his knowledge of owning and operating storage facilities. As the founder of Storage Wins, a coaching community designed to help people purchase their first storage facility within 6 to 12 months, Alex is now focused on helping anyone purchase their first cash-flowing storage facility within six monthsâwithout needing prior experience or their own money!

With over 200 deals completed and more than 150 people launched into real estate as a side hustle, The Denmarks have built a thriving real estate ecosystem. đ´Jerry Green is a native of Ohio and currently lives in Germantown Ohio, with his wife of 22 years and their 4 children.
Jerry began his real estate investing (REI) journey in 1994 after going through a bankruptcy in Springfield Ohio. He started by wholesaling properties, and then transitioned into fix-and-flips. Since then, he has been involved in over 3,000 deals, including single family and multi-family fix and flips, rentals, and commercial properties.
He soon realized thereâs a big difference between simply being in REI and actually running a real business. After multiple failures, millions of dollars in mistakes, and personal tragedy, Jerry was able to build a true, scalable REI Business.
Today he serves as the CEO of his REI company, but is operationally removed from the day to day business. He continues to do a high volume of deals, all executed virtually.
Jerry spends much of his time helping others learn the REI Business. He teaches them how to build and scale their operations and how to master their Acquisition skills through his REI Sales Training.
