Antonio V. Carr was born and raised in Memphis, TN. Enlisted in the Army in 1982 and retired in 2006. Antonio has been an entrepreneur for 37 years, he is a graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College, Georgia Southern University, Troy University and is current a Doctoral student at Fayetteville State University. Antonio has been in the real estate investment business for 16 years.

He is the Founder and President of AVC & Associates, Inc and the Founder and managing member of Dreammakers The Real Estate Investment Company, LLC. (http://www.dreammakersllc.com/) Antonio has experience in International and Domestic real estate development, Property Management, commercial acquisition, foreclosures, rehabbing, lease options and wholesaling.

He also teaches financial literacy workshops to educate the community on goal setting, goal achievement, understanding one’s credit score, understanding the value of money and how to increase your wealth. Antonio has amassed a wealth of educational and business savvy to create a legacy for his family and continues to give back to his community.
