There’s no secret: Asia loves pingpong. From Olympic champions to everyday people playing in parks across China, Korea, and Japan, table tennis is more than just a pastime—it’s a part of the culture.
Why do so many people love it?
Simple rules, quick reflexes, and minimal physical demand make it an easy game to pick up, but hard to master. It’s competitive, social, and—most importantly—fun.

That’s why Dear Asia, London’s home for Asian languages and culture, is inviting our students and friends for a lively pingpong social! It’s all about connection, culture, and good times. Expect fast-paced fun, casual vibes, and great conversation over shared tables and drinks.

### 💸 Is It Free?

Attendance is free, but we’ll each chip in for the group booking.
We’re planning to meet at Bounce Old Street, where we’ll book the Warm-Up Package, which includes:

• 🏓 2 hours of pingpong
• 🍻 2 hours of drinks (beer, wine, or soft drinks)
• 🍕 Half a pizza per person
• 🧆 Shared nibbles (Prawn Cocktail Taco, Fried Chicken, Fries, Skewers, Garlic Bread with Dips)

Price: £29 per person, total bill to be split among attendees at the end of the night.
