Mortality Movies at Home: Coco

This Mortality Movie Night features Coco (2017 – PG, 1 hr. 45 min.) This Oscar Award-winning animated adventure focuses on Miguel, a young aspiring musician, who’s confronted with his family’s ancestral ban on music. On October 31, the eve of Dia de los Muertos, he enters the Land of the Dead to find his great-great-grandfather, a legendary singer. It also shares a warm message about remembering our dead and repairing generational wounds that can live on due to misunderstandings.
