Death Cafe San Miguel de Allende - in person

Meeting opens at 1PM and we begin our Death Cafe conversation at 1:05PM. Bring an open mind and an open heart along with your questions and contemplations about aging, mortality, dying and death. You can get your coffee, tea, and cake or cookies :)

The Death Cafe IS:
• a space to meet simply as people who are going to die
• a gathering with no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course of action
• is an open, respectful and confidential space where people can express their views safely
• tolerant and reverent, honoring all views with equanimity
• open to and respectful of people of all communities, all ages, all belief systems
• a frank discussion alongside tea, coffee, and baked goods! (you'll have to provide your own)

The Death Cafe is NOT:
• a bereavement support or grief counseling setting
• for advice giving
• for people who, for whatever reason, are not able to discuss death comfortably and openly
• an opportunity to give people information about death and dying
• for profit
• for networking or promoting a business, service, or product
• for handing out business cards or promotional materials
• a method of community engagement, research or consultation
