About this Death Café
It is my #1 goal to normalize conversations around death & dying because it is something that we all have in common as humans. We each have so much to offer in this conversation by sharing our different cultural, religious & spiritual backgrounds and beliefs.
This online group is created as a safe space to tune in from the comfort of your own home. This is your invitation to stay in your PJ's, pour yourself a "cuppa", grab some sweet treats (it's ok, you deserve it!) and casually discuss death without an agenda, theme or objective. It is NOT meant for use as a support group or for solicitation.

Hello! My name is Lisa, and I help individuals who fear discussing death and struggle with grief to explore their anxieties, develop End-Of-Life Plans, and grow through their grief, enabling them to live fully and die well when the time comes.
I am a certified End-Of-Life Practitioner (ELP), Death Doula, Funeral Celebrant, Usui Reiki Master, a Certified Grief Educator and the Owner/Founder of Soaring Heart Healing.
