Yoga & Philosophy: Come as You Are ✨
We’ll start with 45 minutes of gentle philosophy, exploring ideas together in an open and curious way. Then, we’ll carry those reflections into a 45-minute yoga flow, weaving body and mind into harmony.
The theme of this session will be Wild @ Heart 🌿
In anticipation of World Animal Day, we will explore the meaning of wildness: both within ourselves and in the world around us. Is being 'wild' about freedom, instinct, vitality, or connection to nature? Together, we’ll reflect on how this untamed dimension shapes our humanity and how it can guide us toward living in harmony with all beings.
You don’t need to prepare, achieve, or prove anything: just bring yourself.
Breathing, softening, moving, and simply existing 🧘♀️ While leaving space for wonder, critical thought, and personal insight.
Bring along your yoga mat (we've got a couple extra just in case), your curiosity, and a spark of imagination 🌿
