Yoga & Philosophy: Come as you are ✨
We’ll start with 45 minutes of gentle philosophy, exploring ideas together in an open and curious way. Then, we’ll carry those reflections into a 45-minute yoga flow, weaving body and mind into harmony.
Bring along your yoga mat (we've got a couple extra just in case), your curiosity, and a spark of imagination 🌿
The theme of this session will be Downward Dog, Upward Questions 🧘♀️
Before we move through familiar yoga poses, we’ll also stretch our minds with open-ended questions. How can mindfulness in movement deepen our self-awareness? What do our bodies reveal about the way we think, feel, and relate to others? Together, we’ll explore the space where physical practice meets curiosity, using both breath and reflection to cultivate insight, presence, and connection.
You don’t need to prepare, achieve, or prove anything: just bring yourself.
