partnerships and how do they work?

Hey ladies!

In July we all had a really great meeting, discussing what everyone wanted to dig into deeper.

For August we decided we would move forward with what is a JV partnership in REI? How do these get structured? What do you need to do to protect yourself and your interests in these JV's?

I am super excited to hear all about this Deal & it's JV details!

We are going to get to listen to Robin Ringuette and Marjorie Cobb tell us about their Partnership on a recent Flip they did. Who found the deal?How they structured it and who did what to keep the project moving and get it sold!
