Decentralize Seattle is about supporting the practice of organizational self-management as a more just alternative to centralized structure.
Let's collaboratively learn about and experiment with its tools:
• Methodologies like Cabals, Colleague Letters of Understanding, Holacracy, Lean Coffee, Podularity, and Teal
• Legal frameworks like Blockchain Based LLCs (BBLLCs) and creative operating agreements like those found in worker cooperatives
• Technologies like those used in DAOs (decentralized autonomous organizations), DApps (decentralized applications), and other blockchain or peer-to-peer software such as Ethereum & IPFS
Eventually, we can grow our efforts to support consulting, incubation, or acceleration for organizations that seek to embrace self-management.
