Blockchain DAO Governance & the Legal Perspective

DAOs are a new radical experiment in governance. Are we re-inventing the wheel or are we actually seeing the birth of new ways to collaborate?

Decentralized Camp welcomes Ludvig Öberg, co-founder of Safello and co-host of Konsensuspodden, and Isak Almquist, to present findings from their academic thesis on DAO Governance. We will also hear from Agnes Söderberg about DAOs from a legal perspective, as well as from Samuel Arnald about different ways DAO voting can be structured.

As always, we encourage community discussion and contribution.
