**Thomas Jay Rush**
Rush founded TrueBlocks, LLC in early 2016 in response to the infamous DAO hack. Why did it take ten hours for anyone to notice that "the DAO is being drained"? A long-time blockchain enthusiast, Rush founded the Philadelphia Ehtereum Meeetup group, has been involved with *GitCoin* since its inception including a stint as a Steward, and is a frequent speaker and writer about blockchain technology, decentralization, and indexing EVM chains.

**Ben DiFrancesco**
Ben is the founder and lead Engineer at ScopeLift, a crypto focused dev shop building in the Ethereum ecosystem. ScopeLift has worked with *Gitcoin* as a client since early 2020, helping to build out key features of the *Gitcoin Grants* platform during its early growth. Earlier this year, ScopeLift helped the *Gitcoin* DAO upgrade their onchain governance contracts. In addition to working with Gitcoin as a client, ScopeLift has also been the beneficiary of grants via the Gitcoin platform. Specifically, ScopeLift's project *Umbra* has received much of its funding via *Gitcoin*. Umbra is a stealth address system which enables privacy preserving payments on the EVM. It's been in development since May 2020 and remains an open source, fully grant funded project.
