The Decentralized Vancouver Chapter aims to gather like-minded individuals, for the spreading of knowledge and experience relating to blockchain technology and digital currencies.

While Blockchain has gained traction as a concept separate from Bitcoin we are one of the few groups who refer to the Bitcoin blockchain when explaining the concept.

As the University is a neutral forum, open discussion about scaling, incentive structures, open protocols, and privacy is welcome.

The chapter will organize seminars and meetups with experts to further educate its members and will support the entrepreneurial spirit.

Regular meetings are held open to all enthusiasts and professionals to join.
