We’re back with our final Decision Intelligence Meetup of 2025: Improving Customer Experience using AI Decisioning!

This time, we’re focusing on customer experience, because, as customers, we all know how frustrating it can be when things don’t go the way we expect. And as organizations, we know just how tough it is to consistently meet those expectations in real-time.

When we talk about decisioning for customer experience, we mean how organizations make one-to-one personalized decisions, in the moment, to connect with customers while staying aligned with business goals.

Our speaker, Arash Aghlara, the creator of the Decision-Centric Approach® and, as he likes to say, a tough leader in AI Decisioning and Decision Intelligence, is also widely known as the Real Uncle of Decision Intelligence. He’ll explore how to move from traditional, data-driven marketing to a Decision-Centric Approach® that makes every interaction more relevant and personal.
