The Evangelical Sellout to Christian Nationalism and Trump - Zoom

As we near the 2024 election, it's critical that ex-evangelicals tell the story of evangelicalism selling out to Trumpism and undemocratic, theocratic ideas. In this meeting, we'll discuss what's new and even more crazy, how we can get the word out pre and post-election (there will be a backlash even if Harris wins), and how to support one another as ex-evangelicals or ex-religionists. I (Michael) have some new material on what people from the New Apostolic Reformation are saying (I used to be in a church that helped start this cultish group. Ugh!). In preparation of our meeting, I encourage everyone to read and/or watch the following regarding a new book, a fact check, and an analysis by a sane anti-Trump evangelical (by my count, there are only two left, David French and Rob Schenck... but presumably at least a few in the new political organization Evangelicals for Harris).
