Decriminalization updates and focus for 2023

Per feedback from the last meetup, we are booking the next one with more advance notice so people can plan accordingly and attend.

The discussions will continue being focused on what the opportunities are in 2023, the current status and progress, and how you can help on decriminalization and harm-reduction bills in Massachusetts during the 2023-2024 session.
