DBBW LTAW 2025 60KM Training Part 1 (43KM)


Details
This is a training for DBBW hikers who signed up for LTAW 2025 60KM physical walk. The actual event will be on 1 November 2025 at 8.30 p.m.
The details are as follow:
Start Point - SAFRA Punggol - 0km
CP1 - Lor Halus Red Bridge - 8km - 2 hrs 25 mins
CP2 - Al Mubin - 11km - 3 hrs 15 mins
CP3 - ECP Toilet G2 - 19km - 5 hrs 50 mins
CP4 - Under Sheares Bridge - 11km - 3 hrs 45 mins
End Point - Sport Hub - 11km - 4 hrs 0 mins
The distances shown are between check points. For example from Start Point to CP1, the distance is 8km. The time shown is time allow between check points.
Part 1 of the training will be from SAFRA Punggol to Bayshore MRT station about 43KM. Part 2 of the training will be from Bayshore MRT station to the Sport Hub. CP2 is at Changi Village about 19KM where we stop for lunch.
Date: 20 September 2025 (Sat)
Registration Time: 7.30 a.m.
Start time: 7.45 a.m.
End time: 7 p.m.
Venue: SAFRA Punggol in front of the service counter (open area).
Based on the cut off time, you have to brisk walk at a speed faster than 3.5KM per hour. If you have not brisk walk 30KM before, please do not sign up for this event. There is no bus service after 5 pm along the Tanah Merah Coast Road. The nearest MRT is Bayshore MRT along ECP.

4. Hat or cap
5. Money for lunch
6. MRT card or taxi fare home
7. Phone and power bank
8. Muscle rub
9. Plasters for blisters
10. Light snacks like nuts & energy bar
11. Face towel
