Formal Debate On Christian Nationalism (+ Open Discussion)

This will be a formal debate between Rick and George on the topic of Christian Nationalism. Specifically: Is Christian Nationalism Good? Rick will be taking the “Yes” position while George takes the “No” position, and potentially a third party moderator assisting us (would be helpful but I’m sure we can self moderate if needed).

The formal debate portion will be 1 hour, and after we will open it up to our normal open discussion format for anyone to weigh in. We could either stay on topic or shift to any other topics.

Formal debates are available for anyone to participate in. If you are interested, please message Rick with any topics you would like to debate, and if we can find and a debate pairing we will make it happen!

Rule Of Etiquette: The goal is to have a productive free-flowing discussion, while also giving everyone a fair chance to participate accordingly. If you have any trouble getting a word in, please use the "Raise Hand" feature. We have a loosely enforced 3 minute timer but please be mindful of your time and the number of people waiting, and know that you can always put yourself back in the rotation for additional talking points. It is also encouraged to engage with others on your turn so that we can have more of a free-flowing dialog, rather than each of us just taking turns on our soap boxes.
