You don't have to buy dinner to attend. Have a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, a beer or just some water -- but come! RSVP early as the group reservation is limited to 25 (if you find yourself on the waitlist, come anyway. We have always had seats available at the table).

Topic: What does it mean to live an Authentic Life?

“Authenticity” is a word we hear everywhere — in personal growth, business culture, social media, and relationships. We’re encouraged to be authentic, show up as our true selves, and live our truth. But what does that actually mean? And who gets to decide what an authentic life looks like?

Building on last month’s conversation about family dynamics and lived experience, this discussion explores authenticity not as performance or branding, but as alignment — between inner experience, values, capacity, and outward life. We’ll reflect on how expectations, relationships, culture, and even the commercialization of authenticity shape how we understand ourselves. Is authenticity about expression, consistency, growth, or self-acceptance? Can it change over time? And what does it look like to live authentically without trying to live up to someone else’s idea of who we should be?

Join us as we explore these questions and more in our ongoing monthly discussion series, where we aim to go deeper into what shapes our shared human experience.
