Inner Child Healing Circle (Includes Sharing & Listening) Online

We created a new type of healing experience that allows you to share, release and be present with yourself and others in an emotionally safe way.
We call it the inner child healing circle.
The experience is hard to put into words and only really something that can be experienced.
Participants have described it as:
’’I have a feeling of oneness, when I heard everyone share and saw myself reflected in them. It is truly rare to get this type of presence anywhere in society’’.
The structure of the session consists of:
- Guided meditation to connect deeply with your body.
- Small sharing round where everyone shares their experience of the meditation.
- Inner child meditation.
- We go into pairs of two where you share your experience with each other of the inner child meditation.
- In those pairs, you’re also going to do another sharing round about something that is uncomfortable for you or something you really want to experience, while the other person listens compassionately.
- A longer round in which you are paired with another person and you are invited to speak about thoughts & feelings that you usually don’t share with others.
Throughout it, we do small breathing exercises to process what has just happened and help you connect with your body.
For all of this to happen, emotional safety is the key.
For this reason, we have 4 essential rules in place to protect everyone’s emotional safety here.
Before you can join these sessions, you will need to complete a quiz that shares these rules.
It takes around 10 minutes to complete.
Everyone who joins these calls agrees to follow them.
Please make sure to join the event 5 minutes before the starting time, we don’t let people in the sessions who are late, as we have a very important introduction at the start of the session.
We take emotional safety very seriously as it is the
only basis on which deep healing can take place.
