Loneliness can show up at any stage of life, even when we appear busy, capable, or surrounded by others. As life changes, many people find themselves thinking more deeply about connection, belonging, and what it means to feel truly seen.

This conversation is an opportunity to share experiences and insights about loneliness and connection in a thoughtful and respectful setting.

We aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where people can speak from personal experience, listen openly, and reflect together. This is not a space for advice-giving, but for sharing using **“I” statements** rather than **“we” statements**.
