There are many places to be around people.
There are very few places to feel included.
Connection & Inclusion is a curated, bi-weekly online gathering for people who are ready for something more real.
Not networking.
Not surface-level conversation.
Not therapy.
Each session centers around a different life topic, designed to reflect the kinds of experiences many people are quietly navigating.
This is a space for heartfelt, authentic conversations—the kind that are increasingly hard to find.
A place for people who are willing to be honest about what they are facing and who do not want to do it alone.

Why This Exists
Many people in the second half of life are facing things they did not have to face before.
Loneliness
Loss of structure after work
Questions about meaning and purpose
A growing sense of disconnection
And too often, these are faced in isolation.
This group exists to change that.

***

Only 15 Spots Available
Each session is intentionally limited to 15 participants to maintain the quality of the experience.
Sessions begin on time.
To protect the flow and safety of the group, late entry is not permitted.

***

The Experience
Each gathering explores a different topic, introduced and framed at the beginning of the session.
The intent is not to teach the topic in depth, but to use it as a starting point for meaningful, real-world conversation.
Conversations that are:

  • honest
  • grounded
  • thoughtful
  • and often difficult to have anywhere else

***

Depending on what you are navigating, this space can become something important.
A harbour.
A protected cove.
A place where you can step out of the noise and pressure of the outside world.

***

For some, life feels like a constant storm.
Expectations, uncertainty, disconnection.
For others, it is quieter than that.
A steady undercurrent.
A sense of going through the motions, with a persistent feeling of anxiety or unrest.
A feeling that something is missing, but hard to name.
A quiet kind of desperation that can come from carrying things alone for too long.
From not having a place for real, heartfelt conversation.
From feeling like there is no real break from it.

***

In here, for 90 minutes, you get that break.
A place to slow down.
To speak honestly.
To be heard.
To be with others who are doing the same.
To simply be without needing to perform or explain yourself.
This is not about fixing everything.
It is about stepping out of isolation and into authentic connection.
