There are things we carry.

Regret.
Unresolved moments.
Things we wish had gone differently.
Things we still think about, even years later.

Not always in obvious ways.
Sometimes it shows up as a thought that lingers.
A reaction that feels stronger than it should.
A sense that something is not fully settled.

What This Is
This Deepwater Eddies experience is a six-week, guided conversation series, with one two-hour session each week.

It is designed for people who want more than a single conversation.
It is for those who are ready to take a deeper look, over time, at how their past continues to influence their present.

What This Conversation Is About
This series focuses on what it means to make peace with your past.

  • Why do certain experiences stay with us?
  • What keeps regret, resentment, or unfinished moments active?
  • What are we holding onto, and why?

We will explore:

  • How the past continues to influence the present
  • The difference between remembering something and being affected by it
  • What it might look like to relate to the past in a different way

***

The Approach
This is not about fixing the past or forcing closure.

It is about understanding how we relate to it.

This is a structured, facilitated experience where participants reflect, share, and build perspective over time.

  • No advice giving
  • No telling others what they should do
  • No blaming or making others wrong

Participants speak from their own experience using “I” statements.
