🕐 Schedule
12:30 – 1:00→ Arrive, grab a coffee, short introductions & goals for the session
1:00 – 15:00 → Deep Work session (phones on silent, full focus mode)
15:00 – 15:30 → Optional: Chat, share progress, exchange ideas, or just relax
