With gentle prompts and reflection, you’ll explore what’s hidden and shine a light on it🔦✨
Bring awareness to your shadow — and it loses its power over you🌟

🌑Flow of the Event🌑

  1. Meetup
    We will meet up in front of "Seven Eleven 新御徒町駅前店” and we will walk to the venue together. Please try to arrive on time, as we won’t be able to wait if you’re late.

    We’ll sit in a circle and share our names, how we’re feeling right now, and what brought us here today💛

  4. Sharing Circle
    This is your free space to express your feelings and share personal stories connected to your shadow. 🌑✨
    Here are some examples of what you might explore:
    ・What emotions have you been avoiding lately?
    ・What triggered you recently, and why?
    ・What parts of yourself do you struggle to accept?
  5. Check-outs
    We’ll close the circle by sharing one feeling, thought, or intention we’re taking away from this time together. 🌟💫

To keep this a safe and meaningful space, here are a few agreements we’ll honor together:

  1. Confidentiality🛡️
    What’s shared here stays here.
  2. Speak from the "I" 🗣️
    Share your own experiences.
    We’re not here to debate or generalize, but to connect through personal stories.
  3. Empathic Listening & No Unsolicited Advice👂
    Listen without judgment, and avoid giving advice unless the person agrees to it. (You are welcome to ask if they are open for advice)
  4. Language requirement🌍
    This circle will be held in English. You don’t need to be highly fluent, but you do need to be comfortable expressing yourself in English. This ensures that everyone, including you, can fully participate and feel connected. 時折日本語でのサポートが必要な場合は喜んでお手伝いいたします!
  5. As your facilitator🙋‍♀️
    I may step in gently to support the flow and safety of our space, ensuring everyone feels seen and heard.
