An evening of heart-centered, consent-based, platonic connection and cuddling, with facilitator-in-training Apollo Grace
Enjoy an evening of safe, connecting touch in a Cuddle Party. We'll begin with a welcome circle, going over the rules of the event and practicing some consent games; then we'll spend the rest of the evening freely cuddling with others, as we feel ready.
This is a great opportunity for participants to practice two "growth edges": asking for what we want, and saying no to what we don't want.
Cost: This event is available at a reduced rate of $20; but we will also ask you to complete a feedback form at the end of the event, to support Apollo's certification process.
What to bring: Pajamas, sweats, t-shirts or other soft, comfortable clothing. A commitment to honor yourself and others. A spirit of play. Snacks if you have something you want to share.
What not to bring: Please avoid wearing any fragrances or other scented products.
Time Boundaries: Doors open at 5:40pm, and the event starts at 6. In order to protect the integrity of the container, we lock the doors at 6:10pm and no one else will be admitted after that time. Please aim to be early.
The Rules: We will be following the eleven rules from CuddleParty.com.
Inclusivity: We welcome all ages over 18; all ethnicities; and all orientations and gender expressions.
This is a sober event. Snacks will be served. Event is in a home with cats. (Vigorous vacuuming shall occur.)
Covid precautions: Please do not attend if you have any suspicious respiratory illness symptoms. (Full refunds available to anyone who cannot attend because of illness.)
About the Facilitator-in-training: Apollo Grace has been a regular Cuddle Party attendee since 2007, and now he's going for his certification. He is also a shamanic breathwork facilitator, minister, and workshop facilitator.
