Connection with our own sensuality is key to how we relate to ourselves & to others. When we are able to truly ‘be’ with ourselves, to be open to breathe, feel & explore our own sensuality, then we can share this with others. The depth of our sensual connection with others is entirely dependent on how sensually connected we are able to be with ourselves.
In sensuality we are able to experience even more bliss in our lives. Opening to Sensuality guides you into meeting some of the places within yourself that are in need of your attention so as to open to their full sensual bliss potential. Like a newborn baby, we are reborn, consciously releasing some of the unnecessary barriers built when growing up & connecting with our authentic sensual self.
This journey weaves together powerful meditation practices to guide deep embodiment, connection & transformation. You are invited to let go of the emotional layers that no longer serve you by letting go of the physical layers of clothing. This undressing allows the sensual places in the body to be felt in a very physical way, giving a direct & grounded experience of connection & release.
With great love and gentleness, you will be guided into a deeper connection with yourself in a very safe, nurturing space. The journey will begin with an embodied verbal sharing of feelings, to then explore embodied movement & intentions, guided visualisations & guided mindful undressing. At the core of the evening there will be an invitation to meditate unclothed, to then close & ground with embodied verbal sharings.

What you need for the workshop:
Water bottle / non alcoholic beverage
Zoom access https://zoom.us/download
Any different texture materials you can find @ home, e.g. cotton wool, feathers, wool, silk,
Notebook / paper & pen
Any device with a good internet connection
Speaker / headphones for the best audio quality
A quiet space to be present in front of the camera with your whole body visible
Yoga mat / blankets / cushions / comfy chair (whatever else you need to meditate comfortably)
**Please note that your device's camera will need to be on throughout the workshop, else you may be asked to leave. To ensure a safe space & confidentiality, recording is not permitted**

Zoom link will be available in the Eventbrite online event page 24 hours prior to the event start time. The link will also be emailed to you via Eventbrite 24 hours before the meditation start time & 30 mins before the start time of the meditation. Ensure you check your spam. Please also ensure you can gain access to the waiting room @ 19:45 as refunds/transfers are not provided unless the organiser has to reschedule or cancel this event
